Army of the Pharaohs

Army of the Pharaohs is an American hip hop group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was founded in 1998 by the rapper Vinnie Paz ( Jedi Mind Tricks) launched. The group sees itself as a free association of talented rappers from the East Coast.

Biography

The original lineup consisted of Vinnie Paz, Chief Kamachi, Esoteric, Virtuoso, Bahamadia and producer Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind and published in 1998, the maxi-single The Five Perfect exertions and the B- side of " War Ensemble ". Both songs were re-released in 2000 on the Jedi Mind Tricks album Violent by Design as remixes.

Except for a mixtape called Raw Shit, Collabos and Freestyles of 2003, there were until 2006 no sign of life of the group. After a large restructuring of the members appeared in March 2006, the album The Torture Papers on Babygrande Records. New members are Outerspace, Apathy, Reef the Lost Cauze, Celph Titled, Des Devious, Faez One, King Size and 7L ( 7L & Esoteric ) acts as a producer. No official members are more Virtuoso, Bahamadia and Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind. From album The Torture Papers, a maxi-single tear it down and the B-side Battle Cry was released. To tear it down, there was a video and Battle Cry all rappers gave up on Reef the Lost Cauze with 16 lines the honor.

The album Ritual of Battle, also on Babygrande Records in 2007, has received the support of three new members, namely, Jus Allah, DOAP Nixon and Demoz.
