Army Times

The Army Times is a commercial military weekly newspaper targeting active-duty soldiers, reservists and retirees of the United States Army and the United States National Guard and their families are. The focus of the articles are reporting to career, community and way of life for soldiers and background inserts on current political issues.

Editor of the Army Times, the Military Times Media Group, a division of the Army Times Publishing Company, which is part of the Gannett Company. 1997 Gannett bought the Army Times Publishing Company of the Times Journal Company.

In 2006, the Army Times called for a withdrawal of the then incumbent Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
