Arna Sif Pálsdóttir ( born January 5, 1988 in Vestmannaeyjar ) is an Icelandic handball player.

Arna Sif Pálsdóttir initially played in the Icelandic first division HK. In 2009, the county player signed a contract with the Danish first division club Horsens HK. For Horsens they scored in the 2009/ 10 19 goals in 20 matches. In the summer of 2010, Arna Sif the League rivals Team Esbjerg joined. After a year in Esbjerg she moved to first division club Aalborg DH. In the summer of 2013, she signed a contract with the Danish second division club SK Aarhus.

Arna Sif Pálsdóttir has played 97 international matches for Iceland. With their national team, she qualified in 2010 for the first time for the European Championships. She also previously took part with the Icelandic Junior Women 's National Team at the World Championship 2008 in Macedonia, occupied the 13th place in Iceland.
