Arne Lindtner NÃ¦ss

Arne Næss Lindtner (born 19 December 1944 in Bergen, Norway) is a Norwegian actor, director, producer and artistic director of television series as well as a screenwriter.

Career

Lindtner Næss completed his training as an actor and made his first debut as a stage actor in 1971 in the play Det Norske Teatret at Montserrat, where he worked until 1973. He then went from 1973 to 1975 at the Den Nationale Scene Theatre and performed in sequence with many other well-known Norwegian theaters. Lindtner Næss worked as a film actor with in several film and television productions, and had in 1969 his first film debut in the Norwegian film Brent jord than Ilya. His most famous film appearance as an actor, he had in 1996 in the role of Frode Birkeland in the television series Family Sagaen De syv søstre that aired on Norwegian television TV2. Lindtner Næss working since 1985 as a director, writer and artistic director of television series. Also for the Norwegian soap opera Hotel Cæsar he wrote the screenplay for several episodes and has directed this. For the Norwegian films of the Olsen Gang Junior, he was also active as a director and wrote for almost all the episodes of this series the script.
