Arnold Harberger

Arnold Harberger ( born July 27, 1924 in Newark, New Jersey, USA) is an American economist. He is counted for the Chicago School. Today he is an emeritus professor at the University of California at Los Angeles ( UCLA). Harberger is married and has two children.

He is known especially by the introduction of Harbergerdreiecks in the finance. This measures the additional burden of taxation. See the article tax incidence.
