Arsaces II of Parthia

Arsaces II was a Parthian king, who reigned from 191 BC to about 217 BC. He is often referred to in older literature as Artabanus I.. He had in his reign, especially with the Seleucid king Antiochus III. to fight, which could defeat the Parthians, and many of them just conquered territories regained. Parthia but survived.
