ArsEdition is a German book publisher based in Munich. It was founded in 1896 as ars sacra Josef Müller Kunstanstalten and heard since September 2000 on the international Bonnier Group, based in Stockholm (Sweden).

History

The Austrian Josef Müller founded in 1896 in Munich, Josef Müller art institutions. Initially presented the operational standpoint, religious prints and prayer books and sold them along with devotional. After 1912, the sales program has been extended to theological books. Through contacts with promising authors and illustrators such as Ida Bohatta and Maria Innocentia Hummel also illustrated children's books have been published in the late 20s.
