Artashes Minasian

Artashes Minassjan ( born January 21, 1967 in Yerevan ) is an Armenian grandmaster in chess.

His current Elo rating is 2578 (as of January 2008).

  • Armenian champion 1992 ( shared with Ashot Anastassjan ), 1993, 1995, 2004, 2006

Overall, it took from 1992 to 2008 continuously in nine chess Olympiads. With the team he won two gold and three silver medals ( 1992 Chess Olympiad in Manila, and in 2002 and 2004).
