Artega Automobile

The Artega German GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2006 car manufacturers from the North Rhine -Westphalian Delbrück.

Company History

The company was founded in late 2006 as a spin -off of also dating Delbrück paragon AG. Advisory support was founder Klaus Dieter Frers by Karl -Heinz calfskin. From September 2008 Frers was also Managing Director of Artega before its 52 % -owned enterprise share of the German subsidiary of the Mexican private investor Tresalia Capital, one of the shareholders of Grupo Modelo brewery sold in late 2009. With the takeover by Tresalia the management moved to Wolfgang Ziebart.

In October 2010, Wolfgang Ziebart joined the Advisory Board of the Artega Automobil GmbH & Co. KG. The post as the new managing director took over Peter Müller, who had charge of business operations.

The logo of Artega with a carrying ten fruits bramble and an increasing Bracken refers to the arms of the business location Delbrück.

Artega, has filed for bankruptcy with the District Court of Paderborn on Friday, 29 June 2012. The sale to an Asian investor failed. The company employs 34 staff.

On 1 October 2012, the paragon AG Artega has taken over and does not seek to accommodate the on September 30, 2012 shut down by the insolvency administrator automobile production again. Service work will continue to be offered by paragon.

Models

Arte gas first independently developed vehicle was the Artega GT sports car.
