Artery (band)

Artery was a British post-punk band from Sheffield, which was founded in 1979. The cast was Toyce Ashley (vocals, guitar), Neil McKenzie (guitar ), Mark Gouldthorpe (guitar) and Garry Wilson (drums). They called originally "The But", but they decided quickly for a name change. After some changes in the cast and a few plates, the band broke up in 1985. In 2006, a compilation of their songs on CD.
