Arthur George Murchison Fletcher

Sir ( Arthur George ) Murchison Fletcher KCMG CBE ( b. 1878, † 1954) was a British colonial governor.

As governor, he represented the British monarch on 22 November 1929 to 28 November 1936 in the colony of Fiji in conjunction with the Office of the High Commissioner of the Western Pacific Territories, as well as of 17 September 1936 to 1938 in Trinidad and Tobago. Fletcher was measured by its predecessors obviously the most popular governor in Trinidad and Tobago.
