Arthur Hoffmann (athlete)
Arthur Hoffmann ( born December 10, 1887 in Gdansk, † April 4, 1932 in Hamburg ) was a German athlete who competed in several disciplines at the Olympic Games 1908 in London. In the Olympic season, he finished second ( 3:32,4 min), together with Hans Eicke, Otto Trieloff and Hanns Braun.
He started playing these games also in the 100 -meter run, the 200 - meter dash and the long jump and retired there in each case in the forward or in the preliminaries.
Arthur Hoffmann belonged to the SC Komet Berlin.
