Arthur Norris

Arthur Norris (born 19 century; † 20th century ) was a British tennis player around the turn of the century from the 19th to the 20th century.

Norris won two bronze medals at the Summer Olympic Games in Paris in 1900. After a win against Archibald Warden in the quarter-finals of the individual competition he lost in the semifinals to eventual silver medalist Harold Mahoney in straight sets 6:8, 1:6. With Mahoney he lost the men's doubles the highly successful brothers and later victors of this petition, Hugh and Reginald Doherty, in three sets 4:6, 1:6, 4:6.
