Artistic License

The Artistic License is an OSI - compliant software license, which is mainly used by Perl and most of its modules in conjunction with the GPL dual license. Since it allows to provide derivatives under another more restrictive license, it is one of the BSD-style software licenses. While version 1.0 was OSI certified only by the so version 2.0 is FSF -compliant.
