Artur Michalkiewicz

Artur Paweł Michalkiewicz ( born September 11, 1977 in Wrocław ) is a former Polish wrestler. It was 2006 European Champion in Greco-Roman wrestling in the middleweight division.

Career

Artur Michalkiewicz began as a teenager in 1988 in his hometown with the rings. He concentrated on the Greco-Roman wrestling and was a member of the sports club to WKS Slask Wroclaw. His first coach was Jan Stroiny, later came Jerzy Adamek and Józef Tracz added yet.
