Artur Petrosyan

Artur Petrosyan (Armenian Արթուր Պետրոսյան, often also in English transcription Petrosyan, born December 17, 1971 in Leninakan ) is an Armenian footballer.

Petrosian was with 69 games to 18 March 2005 Record National Player of the Armenian national football team and was replaced by Sarkis Hovsepyan. He has 11 goals Top scorer of the Armenian national football team. He played in midfield. His stations were the FC Shirak Gyumri, Petach -Tikva ( Israel ), Locomotive Nizhny Novgorod, Young Boys Bern from 2001 to 2003 and FC Zurich. His biggest success was the champion title with Zurich in the last year of his career (2005/2006), but he can hardly play this season because of a persistent knee injury. Since December 2012, he worked as a coach of the U -21 team of FC Zurich after he was responsible for the U-18 team before.
