Aryzta

The Aryzta AG is an internationally active Swiss frozen and convenience bakery products group based in Zurich. The Company was formed by the merger between the Swiss Hiestand Holding AG and Irish IAWS Group plc in August 2008. With pro forma sales of 3.8 billion Swiss francs and more than 8,000 employees, the Group is the global leader in their field. The shares of Aryzta are listed on the SWX Swiss Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange ISE since August 22, 2008.

Aryzta has 23 production sites in 15 countries and 111 sales organizations. Under the common corporate umbrella occur Hiestand and IAWS Group continue with the existing brands on independently on the market.
