Asago, Hyōgo

Asago (Japanese朝 来 市, - shi) is a city located in Hyōgo Prefecture in Japan.

Geography

Asago is located north of Kobe and south of Toyooka.

History

The city Asago was founded on 1 April 2005 from the former municipalities Ikuno, Wadayama, Santo and Asago.
