AsciiDoc

AsciiDoc is a simplified markup language that serves to publish texts in different document formats. AsciiDoc files can be either HTML or converted to DocBook - and from there, if necessary, continue in many other formats, such as PDF or man page. The conversion program is asciidoc written in Python and is under the free GNU General Public License ( GPL).
