AÅŸgabat FT

The FC Ashgabat (Russian ФК " Ашхабад ") was established in 2006 is a football club based in Ashgabat, capital of Turkmenistan. He currently plays in the top league in the country, Ýokary League, and is the reigning champion. Play their home games in the club from Dagdan Stadium. In the first year of the founding finished third at the end of the season, the club in 2007 and 2008 champion. This authorized for direct participation in the AFC President's Cup. This one reached the semi-finals in 2008 and failed there at Regar TadAZ from Tajikistan. Even with the renewed participation in the following year they reached the semi-finals, but lost the Kyrgyz representatives Dordoi - Dynamo.
