Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga ( Sanskrit Ashta v. anga " eight limbs ") stands for two things:

• Raja Yoga, a philosophical system with " eight limbs ", set out in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
• Ashtanga ( Vinyasa ) Yoga, a style of hatha yoga in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya

• Disambiguation
