Geography
Geographical location
Assam town is situated in 300-401 meters altitude in Taubergrund, a hilly area between Tauber and Jagst.
Neighboring communities
The municipality is bordered to the north on the town of Boxberg, on the east by the town of Bad Mergentheim, in the south on Dörzbach and to the west by the city of herb home, both in the Hohenlohe district.
History
Assam town was first mentioned in the year 1228. In 1806 the place to swim.
Religions
