Assault

As ill-treatment " every evil and unfair treatment of another human being " or animal is regarded in German law, the " impaired physical integrity or physical well-being more than just irrelevant " whose. An abuse may, however, also show in a psychologically traumatizing behavior and trigger corresponding psychological trauma in the abused person.

Under German law, the physical deformity action is required at the offenses of assault (§ § 223, 224, 226, 227 StGB) or, alternatively, the health damage.

Special legal regulations apply to the section of maltreatment of charges or child abuse.
