Association of National Minorities in Germany

The federation of national minorities in Germany was from 1924 to 1939 and represented the non-German minorities.

Umbrella organization of minorities

The association included the Danish (Schleswig shear club ), Polish ( Union of Poles in Germany ), Sorbian ( Wendish Lusatian or People's Party), in Frisian ( Frisian Schleswig shear club ) and Lithuanian (Association of Lithuanians in Germany ) minority. Czechs and Mazury were not organized in the Association, but were listed in the association's journal weir.

It was possible to achieve two seats in elections to the Prussian Landtag. When the war started, the association was dissolved.
