Atanas Atanasov ( Bulgarian Атанас Атанасов, English transcription Atanas Atanasov, . Born October 7, 1956) is a retired Bulgarian long jumper.

The European Athletics Championships 1982 in Athens, he finished eighth. During the World Athletics Championships 1983 in Helsinki twelfth and at the Indoor Athletics Championships 1985 in Piraeus seventh

His personal best jump of 8.31 m he set up in Sofia on July 4, 1984.
