Atari Panther

The Atari Panther was an attempt to join the company Atari, the successes of competitors Sega (Mega Drive) and Nintendo (Super Nintendo ) after only moderately successful Atari 7800. As a 32- bit game console developed since 1990, it was soon overtaken by the parallel running development of the Jaguar and abandoned in its favor in June 1991. Parts of the art, inter alia, the controller, the design and the first games were taken from the Jaguar.
