Atatürk University

The Atatürk University (Turkish: Atatürk Üniversitesi ) was founded in 1957 in Erzurum in eastern Anatolia. The University has 17 faculties, 15 professional schools and affiliated colleges, six institutes and 16 other research institutions.

The University is a member of the network of Balkan universities and has also signed bilateral agreements with universities in Europe and USA.
