Atiye

Atiye Deniz Yılmaz ( born November 22, 1988 in Bremen ) is a German performer of Turkish pop music.

Life

Atiye Deniz's father is Turkish, her mother is from the Netherlands. With three years she was dancing lessons, with six piano lessons. She grew up in Bremen and lives by stopping abroad, including in Turkey, France and the USA, in Bremen again.

In 2007, she released her debut album Gözyaşlarım in Turkey. She sings it in Turkish and English. The music video for their hit Do not think has been viewed two million times on YouTube in a short time. She went with Nazan Öncel on tour. From the Turkish music video channel Kral TV, she was awarded the prize Newcomer of the Year 2007.

After a series of major concerts in Turkey Atiye Deniz had at the Festival of Cultures 2007 Melez their first major gig in Germany.

In 2009 they had their second album Atiye. As the first piece of the new album, the music video was released Muamma. The album also contains a duet with Teoman Kal.

In 2011 she published the third album Budur.

In July 2012, she appeared on the German television series Good Times, bad times. There she sang at the wedding of Ayla ( Sıla Şahin ) & Philip ( Jörn Schloenvoigt ).
