Atsede Baysa

Atsede Baysa (born 16 April 1987) is an Ethiopian marathon runner.

In 2007, she was at the road race World Championships in Udine Eleventh with a half marathon time of 1:09:15 h and won with the Ethiopian team the silver medal. Shortly thereafter, she won the Istanbul Marathon in 2:29:08 h
