Atwater Village, Los Angeles

Atwater Village is a neighborhood in northeastern Los Angeles, California. It is bordered to the west by the district of Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills, to the south by the district of Silver Lake, on the southwest by Glassell Park and the North and East to Glendale. The Los Angeles River separates the district of Los Feliz and Silver Lake.

The main roads passing through the area called San Fernando Road, Fletcher Driver, Los Feliz Boulevard and Glendale Boulevard. On the western border of the Golden State Freeway runs, on the southeast of the Glendale Freeway.

Demographic data

In 2000, there were 8042 inhabitants in Atwater Village, of which 48.01 % White, 2.15% African American, 0.66 % American, 19.09 % East Asian, 0.20 % Pacific Islander, 23.84 % Other and 6.06% with two or more lineages. 47.90 % are Hispanic / Latino of any race.
