Aubvillers
Aubvillers ( Picard: Aubvilé ) is a northern French village with 137 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) by the Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier, is part of the Communauté de communes du Val de Noye, in the canton Ailly- sur- Noye.
Geography
The limited in the west by dry valleys municipality is located approximately 8.5 km south of Moreuil at the department road D84. To Aubvillers heard the homestead Fourchon.
History
1472 outsourced Charles the Bold in Aubvillers.
The municipality received the Croix de guerre as a distinction from 1914 to 1918.
