Audi A7 Sportback (since 2010)

The Audi A7 Sportback is a car of the Audi AG, which is placed on the A6 platform in the upper class below the Audi A8 and mainly applies as a competitor of the Mercedes -Benz CLS -Class and the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe. The Federal Motor Vehicle Office assigns the A7 into the upper middle class.

The vehicle was unveiled on July 27, 2010 in Munich's Pinakothek der Moderne.

Design

The vehicle is based on the Audi Sportback Concept, the design is easily changed and is oriented to the other Audi models. The cockpit, however, was almost completely taken over by the study in the series.

The rear of the Audi A7 quotes the middle of 1970 to the summer of 1976 Audi 100 Coupé S. The built vehicle has a drag coefficient of 0.28 and an automatically extending to over 130 km / h rear spoiler.

Equipment

Engines

The car will initially be offered with four six-cylinder engines: a 2.8 FSI petrol engine as are (204 hp ) and a 3.0 TFSI with 220 kW ( 300 hp) with 150 kW. Being a diesel two variants of the 3.0 TDI engine with 150 kW ( 204 hp) or 180 kW ( 245 hp ) are available. Models with all-wheel drive are equipped with the dual-clutch S tronic.
