August-Graf-von-Platen-Preis

The August Graf initiated and organized by the cultural association bacon Drumm von Platen Literature Prize eV and funded by several sponsors including the city of Ansbach is a literary prize, which is awarded in honor of the born in Ansbach poet August Graf von Platen (1796-1835) every two years. The award is endowed with 5,000 euros, the prize of 1,500 euros. Every two years, the winners of 10 authors selected, an annual imagined for the " love of reading " in Ansbach held reading series. The authors must have a Frankish respect, be born in Franconia, live there or write about it.

The first winner in 2005 was Peter Horst Neumann. 2007, the price was posthumously awarded to Hans Wollschläger, 2009 got him Gerhard Falkner. The first time in 2009 awarded prize Christiane Neudecker was granted. In 2011, the top prize went to Fitzgerald Kusz, the prize to Christian Schloyer. In 2013, the top prize at Nora Gomringer, the prize goes to Natša Dragnic.
