Augusta is a town in Lewis and Clark County, Montana, United States. It is a census -designated place (CDP). At the last census in 2000 there lived 284 inhabitants. The place is after the daughter of DJ Hogan, an early rancher named. Augusta is part of the Helena Micropolitan area around Helena.
