Australian Lightwing SP-2000 Speed
The Australian Lightwing SP- 2000 Speed is a sport aircraft manufactured in Australia by Australian Lightwing.
History and construction
The plane is a two-seat low-wing monoplane with a conventional tail unit and a retractable tricycle landing gear equipped with either no or spur wheel chassis. The seats are arranged side by side in a closed cabin. Access to the cabin is via double doors on both sides. The hull is made of welded steel tubes and glass fiber is coated. The aircraft is also offered as a kit for the Amateurbau. The machine is powered either by a Rotax 912ULS with 75 kW or a Jabiru 3300 with 89 kW.
