Automated X-ray inspection

The automatic X-ray inspection (english automated X -ray inspection, AXI ) is a testing the components fitted to the control circuit board is used. It belongs to the field of automated optical inspection ( AOI). The test with AXI is more often associated with a concurrent AOI inspection.

Process
