Automobiles Boitel was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company based in Paris began in 1938 with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Boitel. 1949 production ended.

Rolling stock

From 1938, a small car with front-wheel drive was for a license from DKW. The two-cylinder two -stroke engine had 400 cc or 589 cc. Many parts were imported from Germany.

In October 1946, a revised model was on the Motor Show in Paris. The engine was then mounted at the rear. 1948 was followed by a model with a built-in motor DKW 589 cc and 18 hp. The last model was the 3 CV of 1949 with 688 cc displacement and 20 hp. The open body offered two people side by side. The length of the vehicle was 3.15 meters, weight 350 kg.
