Lombard was a French manufacturer of automobiles.
Company History
André Lombard worked as a driver for Salmson to 1923. In 1927 he decided to create his own automobile. Edmond Vareille was involved in the construction. The production took place initially in E. Briault place in Courbevoie. From 1928 made Les Fils de É. Salmson from Billancourt vehicles. 1929 production ended. A total of 94 vehicles emerged. B.N.C. from Argenteuil took over some parts and unfinished vehicles.
Other sources indicate that production at BNC occurred.
Rolling stock
The company donated sports car manufactures. The vehicles possessed a four-cylinder engine with 1093 cc capacity, which made 49 hp. Supercharged engine power was 70 hp. The vehicles were also used in auto racing.
A vehicle of this make was to visit the now closed car museum Autotron Rosmalen.
