Automotive GB Standards

The GB Standard ( GB stands for GB coding, Chinese for "National Standard") forms the basis for the product test that a CCC requirement for this product has to go through in the course of the CCC certification. Is the product not attributable to any of the previously established by the PRC for the certification product groups and there is no corresponding GB standard, then no CCC is necessary.

A car itself is subject to certification, also many individual components are also subject to CCC. The parts certification provides the most comprehensive coverage, otherwise the products can be retained when imported into China at customs. For each certification agents parts following standards GB are:
