The Autostrada A91 (Italian for, highway A91 ') is an Italian motorway in the region of Lazio. It connects Rome with Fiumicino Airport. At the same time it serves as a feeder to the A12. It is 18.5 km long and between the A90 ( GRA - GRA ) three lanes and the airport, four lanes within the GRA. It is managed by the Italian motorway company ANAS. The official name of A91 was not awarded until the beginning of 2000, but the users will remain hidden, as on the signs, only the characteristic green octagon with the contents of A, but is shown without corresponding number.

Toll

So far, the highway, like all the routes operated by ANAS, toll-free. However, an introduction of a toll on all managed directly by ANAS routes was from 2011 provided .. This, however, so far (as of April 2012) was not performed.

The Decree-Law 31 maggio 2010 n 78th sees the launch of the new toll system, prior to December 2011 at the latest. According to the attached technical report is a completely automated, electronic payment system will be used instead of the existing system with traditional tollbooths.

History

The building was closed simultaneously with the opening of the airport, from the ANAS in 1959. By the year 1969, it was classified as State Road 201 dell'Aeroporto di Fiumicino, since 1969 she has been incremented to the highway.
