The Autopista A-49 or Autopista del Quinto Centenario is a highway in Spain and part of the European Route 1 Autopista del Quinto Centenario, A- 49, begins in Seville and ends at the border with Portugal, Ayamonte.
This highway was built in two phases. The first phase, from km 0 to km 85, on the outskirts of Huelva, was completed in 1991 on the occasion of the celebration of the Great Exhibition of 1992, hence the name of the highway. The end of 2002 the further part was opened to the border with Portugal, Ayamonte.
