Aventura is a city in Miami -Dade County in the U.S. state of Florida with 35,762 inhabitants ( 2010).

Geography

Aventura is located on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, about 15 km north of Miami. Adjacent municipalities are Golden Beach, Sunny Isles Beach and North Miami Beach (Miami- Dade ) and Hallandale Beach ( Broward ).

Climate

The climate is mild and warm, with a light steady wind from the lake. Statistically, it rains in the summer months to an average of 30 % of the days, even if only temporarily.
