Avesta Municipality

Avesta is a municipality (Swedish kommun ) in the east of the Swedish province of Dalarna County and Dalarna. The main town of the municipality is the Avesta.

Avesta borders the municipalities Hedemora, Hofors, Sandviken, Norberg and Sala.
