The Avia Solutions Group (ASG ) is an association of Lithuanian companies and state institutions in the aviation sector, offering infrastructure solutions for airlines and travel services. It is the largest group of its kind in the Baltic States and one of the largest in Eastern Europe and the CIS region, the ASG had its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in March 2011 and was the first Lithuanian company, which was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the first foreign company in 2011. since March 3, 2011, ASG is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Activities

In 2010, the ASG eBusiness platform " Locatory.com " for trading in aviation inventory a. The platform is used for searching, buying and selling of spare parts for aircraft and aircraft components and maintenance service for the aviation industry. Another, partly Internet-based project is " AviationCV.com ", offering staffing solutions for air carriers.

Shareholders

In July 2005, the Company shares at 70 % owned by UAB " Fima ", UAB " Zia valda " were among 15 % and another 15 % of UAB " Garantas ". In November 2006, Fima controlled (later reorganized as Indeco ) 30%, 45% and Zai valda Sanitex 25 % of the shares. The IPO had been sought as early as 2008, but the onset of the economic crisis was a displacement of the plans until 2011 required. In preparation for the IPO, there was a reorganization and " BPC Travel" and " AviaAM lease " left the group. With the debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in March 2011 ASG became the first Lithuanian company, which was listed on a foreign stock exchange. At the beginning of 2012, group shares will be distributed in the following proportions:

Structure

Through the services of the subsidiaries, the Group is present almost everywhere in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS, with the representations in Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Russia and Malaysia are. Since August 2011, these companies are part of the ASG:

  • Baltic Aviation Academy - Flight School ( Flight Training Organization - FTO ) and Type Rating Training Company ( Type Rating Training Organization - trto );
  • Baltic Ground Services - provider of ground handling services;
  • FL Technics - Aircraft Maintenance (MRO ); separate subdivisions: FL Technics Line - technical maintenance of airlines;
  • FL Technics engineering planning and management of aircraft maintenance;
