Description

The Avions Fairey Belfair was an attempt by the company after the Second World War, entering the market for sport aircraft. It was designed by Ernest tips. The aircraft was a cantilever low- wing monoplane of wooden construction. The panel consisted of plywood and fabric. The chassis had a tail skid. The main wheels were covered. The aircraft was powered by a converted Walter Mikron engine series. The cabin was closed and offered space for two people who were sitting next to each other. From both places, the aircraft could be controlled, since the stick was placed in the middle and the rudder pedals in front of each seat were available.
