AWAS (formerly Ansett Worldwide Aviation Services ) is an aircraft leasing, founded in 1985, and distribution company, in 1986 leased its first machine at America West. 1986-1991 began the success of AWAS after they ordered large orders with the manufacturers Airbus, Boeing and McDonnell Douglas.
