Axel Hager

Axel Hager ( born March 14, 1969 in Burg auf Fehmarn ) is a former German volleyball and beach volleyball player. Together with Jörg Ahmann Hager contributed greatly to the popularity of beach volleyball in Germany.

Highlights at the Olympics

His greatest successes he achieved beach volleyball with his longtime partner Jörg Ahmann. In 2000, she won the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Sydney. As early as 1996 in Atlanta were Ahmann / Hager says, than in Atlanta was a beach volleyball competition at the Olympics for the first time. They occupied the 9th place. Beginnings in the hall
