The Ayer Rajah Expressway ( Abbreviation: AYE; Chinese:亚 逸 拉 惹 高速公路; Pinyin: Yàyìlārě Gaosu Gonglu; Tamil: ஆயர் ராஜா விரவுச்சாலை; Malay: Lebuhraya Ayer Rajah ) begins at the western end of the East Coast Parkway and then heads west Tuas direction to the border with Malaysia. Together with the East Coast Parkway forms the AYE a second east-west connection that will complement the Pan Iceland Expressway.
