Ayşegül Acevit

Ayşegül Acevit (* 1968 in Turkey ) is a Turkish-German journalist and author. The graduate sociologist working as a freelance journalist at WDR - TV and radio.

Life

Acevit came as an infant with her parents from the Turkish Black Sea coast to Germany. She grew up in the Ruhr area and now lives in Cologne. After studying social sciences, she completed traineeships at Adolf Grimme Institute, the West German Radio and the Second German Television.
