Azan (mythology)

Azan (Greek Ἀζᾶν ) is a hero of Greek mythology.

Azan was the son of Arkas and Erato. According to Diodorus, he was with Hippolyte, daughter of the king Dexamenos married. Probably the city Aizanoi was named after him.
